In looking towards the Malibu Triathlon this coming weekend (look out those of you who live in West Malibu.. it’s going to be a busy weekend out there!) we present you with the CrossFit Malibu Quadrathlon. We did this back on April 10, 2014 and we do it again today. Great way to start off the week.
5pm today- CrossFit Total Prelim Class session- Join us tonight for a clinical running of the standard “CrossFit Total” WOD- one hour time limit to find your 1RM of back squat, shoulder press AND deadlift. With plenty of warm up time, but only 3 legitimate attempts at each lift. This will mark the first week of “CFT Strength Class” on Mondays at 5pm for the next 7 weeks. Culmination activity is on October 24th- another running of the CrossFit Total to mark change over the 7 week period.
5pm Wednesday- CrossFit Power Speed and Endurance Class session– more capacity building training hours aimed at expanding endurance while gaining speed and power. Not your typical long-slow-distance endurance grinding. These sessions will continue through October 26th.
