Did you happen to notice all of the gardening that has been done in the parking area of The Yard? This is good news because it opens up 2-3 imageextra parking spaces in the dirt underneath the trees. Did you happen to notice the gardening that’s been done on Cross Creek Road? This makes it possible to park alongside the fence in front of the former Artifac Tree. Parking is definitely legal on Cross Creek Road… As long as you don’t block any chain link or wrought iron gates. On Cross Creek Road, just make sure you pull entirely off the road and park as close to the chain-link fence as you can.  If you park next to the main office in the dirt, opposite the trees… Please make sure that you do not block a storage unit.   And of course as everyone already knows, do not park anywhere on the asphalt – regardless of the time of day.  Happy parking… And why don’t you go for a warm-up run instead of heading directly into the gym!

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Open Training hour at 5pm

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
45/30kg power snatch, 10 reps
10 burpees to 6” above standing reach (scale to full reach)
Post number of rounds and remaining repetitions to chalkboard/journals
