M: I have to go to work at the gym. Dad: What do you do at work?
M: I lift weights and lift bars. Dad: Anything else that you do there?
M: I have to jump ropes. Dad: And what do you do there (to E)?
E: I have to do rings. And work the people.

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm
5pm Specialty Session- final Olympic lifting tech session

3 rounds for max repetitions in 1 minute of:
bar dips
1 minute rest
toes to bar
1 minute rest
Post total number of dips/toes to bar
5 rounds for time of:
5 back burpees with jump to pull up bar (high/low)
10 DB floor presses (50/35#)
10 DB power snatch (50/35#)
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals
