M: I lift weights and lift bars. Dad: Anything else that you do there?
M: I have to jump ropes. Dad: And what do you do there (to E)?
E: I have to do rings. And work the people.

bar dips

toes to bar

5 back burpees with jump to pull up bar (high/low)
10 DB floor presses (50/35#)
10 DB power snatch (50/35#)
