Friday 160812 Five each: sled, rope, TTB

We finish up this week’s training with a maximum of 15 minutes of work. Heavy sled, strength and skill on the ropes and finishing up with max effort toes to bar. Yup- 5 times. Rest as needed.

Weekend Activities to keep in mind:
Saturday 8:30-9:30am meditation class; beginning with some yoga and moving into guided meditation and silent sitting time
Saturday 9:30-10:30am individual workout, a “Girl WOD Mashup”
Sunday 8:00-9:30 Tower 14 Zuma Beach play date

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am-again at 3 and 5pm
5 sets, each with a 3 minute time limit of:
2x10m sled push (270/205#)
2 seated, legless rope climbs
Max repetition toes to bar
Rest as needed between sets
Post sled load and total number of toes to bar
