We finish up this week’s training with a maximum of 15 minutes of work. Heavy sled, strength and skill on the ropes and finishing up with max effort toes to bar. Yup- 5 times. Rest as needed.

Saturday 8:30-9:30am meditation class; beginning with some yoga and moving into guided meditation and silent sitting time
