Wednesday 160727 Presses and a Triplet

Bon Voyage to Kelsey as she departs to SLC this week! Come WOD her away during the 7am class session… as this will be her final workout (not FINAL, but she might not be back for a LONG time!) at CrossFit Malibu. She is relocating from the area- where she has been working at lululemon Calabasas… and she will transfer her job to anther location. In Utah! Best wishes for the adventure to come and we hope you find great CrossFit and lululemon communities in along the way!

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm
5pm CrossFit Endurance class

Shoulder press, 3 reps
12 minute time limit to a heavy 3 rep set
Post heaviest 3 rep set to chalkboard/journals
-then-
21-18-15-12-9-6 reps/round for time of:
Horizontal ring rows (feet on 16″/floor)
Scott ups (20/10kg plate)
Overhead step lunges (20/10kg plate)
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals
