I’m sitting here live at the final event of the 2016 CrossFit Games, watching the final womens’ heat. And the winner was just announced… And it was, once again, Katrin Davidsdottir on the top of the podium. The men’s final is now underway- will get back to you during the 4th and final heat. Oh, that’s right… Mat Fraser is so far ahead that he could skip the final and his point total would still make him fittest man in the planet. So even though we are now in heat 3… I will make an early announcement that the make winner is… (Spoiler alert) Mat Fraser. Oh, and Rich’s team, CrossFit Mayhem, took first in team competition.
