Wednesday 160720 Push Press 3RM and “Annie”

Most of the attention at the CrossFit Games is focused on the individual men and women competitors- and the most of the remainder of that attention moves to the Team competition (in part because that is where Rich is now!). But today the Teen and Masters athletes began their CrossFit Games 2016 experience at Stub Hub Center- and  they will continue competing until the finals in each of their respective categories, on Thursday.   Watch all of the action online at games.crossfit.com. If you are interested in watching them live – head down to stub hub center and catch all the action in person.
