Tuesday 160719 “Nasty Girls”

Multiple details about various individual WODs for the CrossFit Games have been released following the athlete dinner that happened on Monday evening. A 500m ocean swim, a squat clean ladder and some additional info about how Murph will be partitioned (5 rounds of 20 pull, 40 push and 60 squat). There were NOT any details about when or where these activities would take place. WODs number 11 are 12 were also covered: a 280′ handstand walk and a “suicide style sprint“, respectively.

Also breaking news: CrossFit Malibu runs the infamous “Nasty Girls” as Tuesday’s workout of the day.

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am, and again at 4 and 6pm
5pm open training hour

“Nasty Girls”
Three rounds for time of:
50 squats
7 muscle ups*
61/43kg power clean, 10 reps
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals

* a number of options will be made available in substitution of muscle ups for those who cannot do multiple reps in a row
