8:30am- Meditation session: this one hour class includes some light yoga asana to prepare for sitting. Beginners are welcome… in fact, HIGHLY encouraged- there is instruction and guided portions of mediation throughout the hour.
9:30am- BIG WOD: we will be running a group/partner version of a Hero WOD. Just get yourself here- we supply the program AND the partner (or feel free to bring your own!)
