To finish out the work week we set our focus on some strength and power. It’s been a while since some full clean and jerks – so today we devote most of the class to just that. Working up to the heaviest two rep set that you can get. Of course, coaches will ensure that mechanics and commonsense prevail… you supply the motivation and the hip drive. Now get ready to PR. And by the way, don’ta worry about those thrusters and sit ups, you’ll do just fine on that part.
Join us on Saturday morning at 8:30 AM for a one hour class of meditation – some light yoga poses will be done at the beginning of this hour to prepare for sitting. After that is the 9:30 AM BIG WOD and we are due for a version of another hero workout. Any guesses?
