We have LOTs of outdoor workout space

Wednesday 160622 TGUx3 then DB Snatch & TTB

Today is the second to last session for the rowing specialty class… So you’ve got one more chance to come in and develop your tools and techniques for rowing the 1000 m event. Next week all athletes attending the 5 PM class on Wednesday  will attempt to break their personal record in the 1k row.   We all know that the struggle that goes on in a rowing workout is real… The best way to get through it is with others. So even if you have not yet attended one of the sessions, come in and try it out tonight.

part two of our WOD today is going to be fun… now, I don’t mean it’s actually going to be FUN-  it’s going to be the interesting kind of fun 🙂  Let’s see how many different permutations we can create in finishing 100 dumbbell snatches and 60 toes to bar.   Wonder if anyone actually chooses to go through all of one movement and then go for the next movement?!   Not sure that’s the fastest way to do it… But it would be FUN… Uh, I mean interesting.

Gaby reps out a big set of wall ball shots. I wonder if that's a clue for what's to come later this week?
