Welcome to Summer! Waves and road trips, sunshine and sunsets, good fruit and beach picnics. What do you have on the itinerary for the next couple of months? Will you be traveling or stay-cationing, taking time off from work or using the time to get ahead of things, are you going on an adventure or lounging around on a beach, getting big and strong or shooting for light-n-fast? Whatever the case- keep getting in your handful of training days each week… and try to join us for an evening 5pm specialty class- if you haven’t before. And also try to attend one of the 6pm WOD sessions… these are the best days to train at night because you get out of class and still have time to jump in the ocean before going out to dinner and then still stick around to watch the sunset!

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
5pm Mobility/Core/Mobility Class
Four rounds each for time* of:
2x15m sled push (215/150#)
90/65kg unbroken deadlifts, 10 reps
2 indoor laps bearcrawl/walking lunge
Rest as needed between bouts
Post loads and all 4 times to chalkboard/journals
