While most of this round’s Whole Life Challenge participants are doing so virtually… We still have about eight athletes at the Hut who are participating. For this week of the challenge, the lifestyle activity is to spend at least 10 minutes daily in meditation. That means taking the time to sit down, disconnect from the world, and just be in silence. This activity is helpful not just for people on the WLC obviously, but has benefit for each and everyone of us. See if you can sit for 10 minutes and do nothing. The objective is to just be with your mind and attempt to keep it still and quiet. Look forward to hearing your experience.

70/55kg front squat, 9 reps (from ground)
15 ring dips (or bar dips or box dips)
21 KB swings (32/24 american!)
