Midday Open Training Hour, 5pm Mobility class
RDLs 5-5-5, increase each set
-then-
10-1 reps for time of:
Parellette push ups*
Deadlifts (use load from 5 rep RDL)
Row for calories
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals
*Toes on box, at same height as hands- ROM: wrists to ribcage
