This one is a sprint! Do you remember last year’s final work out of the 2015 open? It was the same combination of rowing and thrusters – except for there were a lot more reps involved. That workout went like this: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3… For a total of 84 cals on the rower and 84 thrusters. Today we present to you a truncated version of 45 cals and reps… Making this a faster workout… And while you might not be suffering as long as you did in 15.5, you shall suffer regardless 🙂
