As we finish the month of April each year- we are always happy to celebrate the accomplishments of our student athletes. This year Jess completes her first year of law school at Pepperdine. After finishing her undergrad last year- she moved right into grad school and didn’t miss a beat in her training in the transition. Here she is, below, hitting 90 box jumps- each one a PR over her previous max height jump!
We also have 5 Pepperdine undergraduates completing their degrees: Josh, Liz and Erin are all sports medicine students. Luke is completing his degree in economics. Ryan graduates with the honor of being the longest running CFM student-athletes. Way to go you FIVE! Their graduation is at 10:30am this Saturday morning out on Alumni Field!

Before you look at the WOD and decide that you will not attend because there is too much running or too much rowing, please consider this:
Today’s training session is VERY important in the scheme of our 6 week cycle. If you attend Friday classes regularly- get in here and train today. If you don’t, then try and rearrange your Friday schedule so that you CAN be here!
