As the weather gets more and more summer-like, there is increasing talk about getting outside and putting the training results to work. Overheard: 5km run races, sailing, obstacle course races, track workouts, rowing in the Marina, hiking/trekking, camping trips and surfing. We have a Saturday morning Zuma Beach workout on the horizon… that will get you thinking more about prepping that bod for beach action… however it is that you want to express all that fitness.
