You know “The Chief”… five, three minute rounds of power cleans, push ups and air squats. Well, today we do a version of that format WOD maintaining the max reps goal and the overall template of the WOD- but replacing the movements completely. We will maintain the heavy barbell but switch it up for jerks… of course you will still need at least one power clean to get it in position to go over head. Then 2 more “gymnastics” like movements replace the push ups and air squats- as we decided you did enough of those yesterday! The rep count is higher today that the standard Chief. And you get one LESS set in which to display your fitness- that means you need to squeeze it in with only 4 sets today. With the extra minute of rest maybe you can maintain your first set pace throughout the entire WOD. You gotta have goals!
A few schedule reminders:

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm
Midday open training hour at noon, gymnastics specialty at 5pm
“The Chief” style format but a little different;
4 sets each for max rounds in 3 minutes of:
5 push jerks (70/55kg)
7 toes to bar
9 box jumps (24/20”)
Rest exactly two minutes
Post total number of rounds and remaining reps to chalkboard/journals
