Monday 160411 “Cindy”

We finished up last week with the benchmark WOD “Jackie” and we start out this week of training with another benchmark girl WOD “Cindy.”  Similarly, a triplet (3 movements)… But different in many ways: the time domain for Cindy is about twice as long as Jackie, and while Jackie is a chipper (chip through one movement until completed, then move on to the next), Cindy repeats each movement over and over and over again.  And over and over again. You get the idea. Another significant difference is that Jackie is a time priority set and Cindy is work priority.  With Jackie- get it done as fast as you can.  With Cindy- you try and get as much work done as you can in the set amount of time- 20 minutes.

Monday WODs at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm.  Midday open training at noon, specialty strength class at 5pm

“Cindy”:  As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Post number of rounds to chalkboard/journals and to the whiteboard- notice that “Cindy” has its own column!
