The template for today’s training session is based on what we did this past Monday. The rep scheme is the same: 15-12-9-6-3 for time of a couplet. Monday’s couplet was power cleans and wall ball shots – an Olympic lift and light squat. Today’s couplet is power snatch and front squat – again, an Olympic lift and a moderately light squat. So you kinda know what you’re getting into here. The idea is to use the same relative scaling in terms of weight… And blast through in 10 minutes or less.
