The WODs for Saturday April 2nd’s 16.6 Event have been announced and there are four parts. Two all-team WODs and two WODs that feature a partial athlete roster from each team. 16.6a will have one male and one female athlete from each team with all four teams going head to head in a couplet for time. 16.6c will involve all other members of the team and includes 4 movements. Friday’s workouts of the day (see picture below) feature these two workouts. There are two all-team WODs: 16.6b is a row/tire flip couplet where each teammate runs through for max reps, 16.6d is titled “large loads, long distances, quickly” and the details will not unfold until Saturday after a, b, and c have been completed.
