Waiting with apprehension and excitement for the CrossFit Games Open WOD 16.5- the announcement will be on our big screen as usual this evening. Get in your best educated guess as to what the final workout will be. Get very specific in your write-up- last week we had four VERY close guesses, and Jess was awarded the win because not only did she have 3 of the movements exactly correct- but she had the right deadlift weights as well!
The announcement and competition will be held at The Ranch in Aromas- Dave Castro’s childhood home in central California- also home of the first 3 CrossFit Games in 2007. 2008, and 2009. Athletes Rich Froning, Mat Fraser and reigning fittest man on Earth- Ben Smith- will fight it out at 5pm live.
