Wednesday 160323 Three Activity WOD

The most current score tabulations are in and check out the TWO tight races we have going on in the CrossFit Malibu Intramural Open. The quest for first is between Dawn of The Deadlift and ‘Bu Crew-as DOTD were true to their namesake and simply crushed the deadlifts in the last competition to bring home FOUR of the top six scores  This added another  precious four points to their total and now stand one point out of first place. The ‘Bu Crew was consistent at taking in five points each week for the spirit award… but for 16.4 team Coaches R Us were handed the spirit torch and came away with their tournament best of twelve points this week. That was enough to catapult them into  podium position contention just ahead of Luxtremely Strong by a single point, who is ahead of Quad Squad by only one point as well. So the race for third is a tight one and this coming fifth week is sure to shake up these standings. We will be back with another score recap in exactly one week and let you know how things stand before going into the GRAND FINALE’ OF 16.6 that takes place on Saturday April 2nd.

Speaking of 16.6- check out the menu in the post above to see what Farm and Flame will be serving on the Intramural Grand Finale on April 2nd!  You can choose your meal at the Hut this week and pay for food tickets, which are $20, on the link above as well.  Please bring family and friends to cheer on the teams and to buy some BBQ as well.

Work your way through 4 rounds of these activities:
Activity 1.
Heavy sled and shuttle sprint for time of:
2X15m sled push 180/135#
8x15m shuttle sprint
Post each time to chalkboard
Activity 2.
Turkish Get up
3 reps each side
Post heaviest set to chalkboard
Activity 3.
Single arm Russian KB swings, 20 reps unbroken
-with as many hand changes as possible each set
