Saturday 16.4 Open WOD

Arriving at 8:30am to begin warming up on your own. A short briefing is at 9am and from shortly thereafter- 16.4 will be run in 15 minute blocks until all athletes finish.

Final chance at 16.4 is on Monday from noon-1pm.

Upcoming Saturday schedule- 16.5 on Saturday March 26th and then make sure you have the date saved for our “16.6 Finale” on April 2nd from 8am-12:30pm.
