Thursday 160317 Double EMOMs

Put this traditional Irish Double EMOM together for everyone because of the special day. When some people think of Saint Patrick’s Day and CrossFit they might think Green Beer and Burpees (go ahead… fast forward to the picture below) but we are just looking forward to the 16.4 announcement and getting in some pinches today.

Reminder to Intramural Teams- check in with your team captain and get orders on your decade… team spirit will be based on this theme, so see how you can work it into 16.4 on Saturday morning! And while you might not what to partake in green beer OR burpees- still make sure you take it easy on the Guiness.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Midday Open Training Hour at noon, Open announcement at 4:45pm

EMOM for 8 rounds of:
50/35kg thruster, 2 reps
Atlas stone ground to shoulder, 2 reps
Post loads to chalkboard
-rest for 4 minutes, then-
EMOM for 8 rounds of:
50/35kg power snatch, 2 reps
AHAP weighted pull up, 2 reps
Post loads to chalkboard
