The Winter 2016 Whole Life Challenge comes to a close this week. Today we repeat a workout that we did back in mid January – eight weeks to address a variety of aspects across health and wellness spectrum including nutrition, exercise, mobility, hydration, and many other weekly practices and habits. One of the measurements used to determine the success of this program is the final workout… Comparing the preliminary results to this post test. While many of you did not participate in the WLC, most of you still did the preliminary work out – so you will be able to compare change over time even though you did not take part in the eight week challenge. Always great to check in and compare your current self to your past self – regardless of whether that time elapsed is eight weeks eight months or eight years. Particularly important if you view constant improvement has something that is important. We always talk about the fact that we are results driven an evidence-based – these improvements not only suggest, but prove that the training we do is effective.
A reminder that tonight at 5 PM is the open announcement for workout 16.3.
