Lisbeth Darsh is a writer, CrossFitter and former member of the US Air Force. She opened CrossFit Watertown in CT back in 2007 but now focuses on her writing full time. Much of that writing has a CrossFit slant, and most of it also deals with how to live a better live. On her FB site she posts topics that often lead to good comment discussions- rather than the usual rants more typical of trolls or fringers. Check out her inspirational book HERE.
Today on FB she posted a quote she overheard in her box during 16.2:
Athlete #1: “Wow, you killed your previous score! What did you do different this time?
Athlete #1: “Wow, you killed your previous score! What did you do different this time?
“Athlete #2: “Didn’t go out drinking the night before.”
Funny. But also not so funny. Sometimes we sabotage ourselves by doing things that we know are going to hurt us more than they are going to help. I wonder why that is? Don’t you?
