Great work to all of the athletes who set personal records in the month of February. There are a few opportunities for PRs on the schedule in March- some of those will be in the form of strength attempts and others are taking on the form of met con workouts. If Dave Castro programs any repeat workouts from past CrossFit games opens- those, of course, will also be chances for you to test yourself against a previous workout. Finally, the Whole Life Challenge post-test comes up next week… As we finish up the 8 week challenge. I expect some improvements there as well!
Reminders about the 5pm hour sessions this week: Tuesday is gymnastics work with some anticipatory focus on elements possible for 16.2-16.5. Wednesday is mobility work at 5… And the Open Announcement gathering happens on Thursday at 5. Our Intramural Competition gives a point for EACH team member present at the announcement- so get in here!

Four rounds, each on the five minute mark of:
20/16″ box step ups, 20 reps with 30/20# DB
20 wall ball shots 20/14″
Max rep pull ups
Stop at the 4 minute mark, rest exactly one minute
Post total number of pull ups completed
*If your 400m run is slower than 2 minutes, then start each round at the front gate of the yard (which will make this run about 300m)
