Important announcements for the Saturday 16.1 Event:
8am start showing up
***First things to do when you show up***
-Put your name in the raffle jar
-Sign yourself into class on the iPad
-Sign up for a heat IMMEDIATELY (ask a coach where to sign up)
-Start warming up for your workout

830AM WOD briefing on movements, standards and workout/judging details
Continue individual warm up and preparation

9:05am Heat 1 starts
***Info about heats***
-All athletes need a judge with a score card
-You receive a point (1) for your team for completing the WOD
-You have Rx or scaled options only, have an idea of what you will do before you come in
-Show up to cheer on and encourage your teammates, team spirit points (5) will be awarded at the end of the day
-**Later heats will fill in with earlier ones if not all spots are filled**
-Heats will go until last group finishes, if you can, please stay until all athletes have completed WOD

THE RAFFLE PRIZE FOR TOMORROW WILL BE A CFM BLACK/PURPLE SHIRT OF YOUR SIZE.
