Friday 160212 Three Round Triplet

Jordan, our commuting coach from Colorado, will be teaching his final class sessions today- finishing up this trip.
We know this is just a goodbye for now. Hope to have him back here at the Hut training CrossFit Malibu athletes again soon. Let Jordan know how you feel by posting your parting words to comments.

Friday’s WOD 7, 9am and at 3 and 5pm, Midday Open Training Session noon-1pm
Weighted pull ups
12 minute time limit to establish a heavy set of 3
Post max load or training effort to chalkboard
-then-
3 rounds for time of:
30 KB swings (32/24kg- American)
30 burpees
30 abmat sit ups
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals
