Thursday 160204 Rope Burp Box Thrust AMRAP

While the phrase CrossFit as church is sure to ruffle some feathers- a report called How We Gather, authored by Harvard Divinity School professors last year, looks at certain non-religious organizations in order to understand how they create such strong communities.  They looked at issues of:

  • Personal transformation
  • Social transformation
  • Accountability
  • Creativity
  • Purpose finding
  • Community

This is quite a long video… but it is such a great topic that I highly encourage you to watch it.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Midday open training hour, 5pm Gymnastics Specialty class
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
2 rope climbs
5 burpees
10 box jumps (24/20″)
15 DB thrusters (40/25#)
Post number of rounds and remaining reps along with scaling and load to chalkboard/journals
