Monday 160201 Symmetric Chipper

Spartan SoCal Sprint is in the past… and the 5 mile course (sprint?!, really?!) was absolutely much longer than anticipated and even though Lincoln and Chad trained mainly by doing standard style WODs at the Hut- they did a solid job representing CrossFit Malibu in the elite heat.  The adverse conditions added another obstacle to the course and while they suffered a bit- they both sound like they had a feeling of accomplishment with their results.  Enough to send a text to me that said, “March 19th Super?”  Seems to me like someone had a good time!  Make sure you ask them for more details about the experience- perhaps you might get inspired to try one of these for yourself.  Congrats guys… you made all of us at the Hut proud 🙂

15 minutes later… Chad informs us that he and Megan are signed up for the XTERRA Malibu Creek Trail Challenge.  Anyone game?! (Lincoln might be a dad by then!)
