A reminder about this Saturday’s 8:45am mobility class… a one hour session aimed at recovery from training over the week, at increasing mobility and flexibility in joints and muscles, and gaining better ranges of motion in a variety of positions. These classes provide you with tools and techniques to use at home and on your own at the gym before and after WODs. Come and join in with the foam roller fun, lacrosse ball rolling and band stretching. For those of you on the WLC… you will gain added benefit of learning how to use your 10 minutes of daily mobility required in the challenge.
