So we are half-way through the first month of the year. How is it going for you? If you made 2016 resolutions are you sticking with them? If not, I encourage you to recommit.
It is commonly understood that New Year’s resolutions tend to be fleeting and I think it is because change isn’t easy. If you are willing to recommit to that/those resolutions- why don’t you do it as a part of the Whole Life Challenge. The challenge involves sticking with commitments to exercise, mobility, diet, hydration, supplementation, getting enough sleep, personal reflection time and relationship building/supporting.
I AM WILLING TO BET THAT YOUR NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION INCLUDE ONE OR MORE OF THOSE THINGS!
But that was an easy prediction… because those are some of the most critical issues in living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. When one or more of those are out of balance… it can feel like the body, mind and spirit are not firing on all cylinders.
