500m row/400m run (you MUST do 2 of each of these)
25 wall ball shots (20/14#)
25 box jumps
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals
There will be a partner version of this as well… but that doesn’t mean you will be doing any less work that if you do it alone 🙂
