Monday 151228 Chief-Like

No changes to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes, they will be held at the usual times.  Like last week, all 5pm class sessions during this final week of 2015 will be run as Open Training Hour- with a coach on-hand to supervise your training.  You decide your work. Then here is what is up for the rest of the week:

Thursday December 31st 8:45am and 10:00am only
Friday Jan 1st HUT CLOSED
Saturday Jan 2nd 10:00am only

Once again, you will notice that for the final week of 2015, workouts will NOT be posted in advance on the blog.  Look forward to arriving at the Hut each day with anticipation and surprise.

Monday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, 4 and 6pm.
Noon and 5pm Open Training Hour

5 sets, each for 3 minute AMRAP of:
3 squat cleans (80/60kg)
6 burpee bar jump overs
9 deadlifts
Rest 1 minute after each 3 minute set
Post total rounds and remaining reps to chalkboard/journals
Pick up each new set where you left off on the previous set.
