Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Every other minute for 10 rounds of:
back squat, 3 reps at about 75% of one RM
6 Russian kettle bell swings, as heavy as possible
3 Burpee chest to bar pull-ups
Post loads and scaling to chalkboard/journals.
