Monday 151221 Filthy Fifty

As you might remember (or not)… for the remainder of 2015, the ‘workouts-of-the-day’ will not be posted in advance. Instead, you will need to arrive at the Hut before you know the programming for the day. After YOU show up and put in your work for the day, I encourage you to NOT post the WOD to FB or instagram, I would prefer if you NOT text it others. Allow everyone the excitement, surprise, the experience of showing up to train without knowing what will happen! Thanks for joining in with this experiment.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of this week and next: regular class schedule
Thursday of this and next week: 8:45am and 10am classes only
Friday of this and next week: closed
Saturday of this and next week: class at 10am only

Monday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, 4 and 6pm
Midday Open Training at noon
All week, the 5pm session is also dedicated to Open Training… coach supervised of course.
For time, complete 50 reps each of:
Box jumps, 24/20″
Jumping pull-ups
Kettlebell swings, 1 pood-American
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
Knees to elbows
Push press, 20/15 kg bar
Back extensions
Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball to 10/9′*
Burpees*
Double unders*
Post time to chalkboard… time and scaling to journals
*must do wall ball shots, burpees and double unders in order
