… No changes to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes, they will be held at the usual times. All 5pm class sessions during these 2 final weeks of 2015 will be run as Open Training Hour- with a coach on-hand to supervise your training. You decide your work.

*10 jerks, 1 burpee; 9 jerks, 2 burpees; 8 jerks, 3 burpees; etc… for a total of 55 reps of each movement. Jerks at about 60% of 1RM
