If you look at the glass half-full then it’s a crowd-pleaser at the Hut today:) A heavy barbell move for those of you who love moving some weight around and a light and fast met-con for those of you who love to feel the burn. Which suggests that today is also a crowd-disappointer if you tend to look at the glass half-empty. Of course, what I mean by that is most people tend to love one end of the spectrum: heavy OR light, salty OR sweet, power OR endurance, early riser OR night owl, red OR white, mountains OR ocean.
But with CrossFit you get to have it all… though you might not LOVE it all. At least you get what’s good for you!

but if you try sometimes you might find
you get what you need
