Take a look at the post above- which gives the Thanksgiving Schedule for this entire week.  Look forward to seeing LOTS of you on the Friday and Saturday morning 10am WODs!   The final time to train at the Hut on Wednesday is at noon- during the open training session.  No classes that night or on Thanksgiving.

Please RSVP for the Holiday, Christmas, Hanukkah, Bodhi Day, St Nikolas Dag Get-Together at Mike and Kristin’s House on Sunday Dec 6th from 3-6pm.  You can send an email or sign up on the list at the Hut.

Congrats to Lululemon Malibu- Kristina, Julia and the entire team- on their opening day over the weekend.  You will see MANY of the educators at the Hut training with us.

We have gained some steam on the Spartan Sprint Team CrossFit Malibu- join us.  THe race is on Sunday January 31st- in Temecula, about 2 hours away in inland San Diego area.  Sign up for the ELITE DIVISION and race with our team at 7:30am, women at 7:45am

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
