Tuesday 151103 Power Snatch and 5 Rounds of WB&KB

It’s Movember, that’s right, men’s health awareness month. Check out their website HERE In the spirit of awareness, I will be growing out my mustache all month long. Things that go along with the month of November are new specialty course programming:

Strength class: Old School
Think: DB curls and Tricep extensions.  With additional CrossFit-related twists

Gymnastics class: Rings
Think: every athletes’s dream of doing an iron cross on the high rings.  Basics and more.

Olympic Tech class: Split Jerk
What can be more macho than putting heavy weight overhead. (well learning to do so effectively)                                                                          ~Kolby

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm
Midday open training hour and then Gymnastics Specialty class 5pm
Power Snatch
3-3-3-3-3 (20 minute limit)
Post heaviest load to chalkboard and journals

Five rounds for time of:
10 wall ball shots (20/14#)
15 KB swings (AHAP)
Post loads and time to chalkboard
