60 Jumping pull-ups
60 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 60 steps
60 Knees to elbows
60 Push press, 20/15 kg bar
60 Back extensions
60 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball to 10/9′
60 Burpees*
60 Double unders* *must do burpees and double unders in order!
