Do you recall that heavy running week at the top of October? As a reminder the program had you doing a total of 3.25 miles over the course of Monday through Friday, divided by 3 WODs that had some running included. At the tail end of that week, I forecasted a heavy rowing week in the near future. In no way was this a Nostradamian prediction, as I DO hold the power of the programming totally within my purview. After a week devoid of any running or rowing within the WODs we are now in that heavy rowing week… and today is day 2. While Monday held 4 rounds of rowing for time- today we mix some modes and include wall ball shots and toes to bar. Who knows what the rest of the week will entail… simply come in a do the work- the rest will take care of itself 🙂

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, 4 and 6pm
Noon Open Training Hour, Strength class at 5pm
For time:
1500m row
100 wall ball shots 20/14#
50 toes to bar
Partition as desired- The only rule is that you must row at least two separate bouts. You cannot do the entire row at one time… That would probably be a bad idea anyway 🙂
20 minute strict cut off.
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals.
