First you were wearing Nano 2.0s (I was wearing Chucks) standing over by the GHD when I wandered in. Though normally a 6pm or specialty class regular- I noticed the Midday Open Training Hour so I decided to give it a shot since I usually take a 90 minute lunch break away and wouldn’t make it to training later that night. I think you changed into oly shoes- either Romoleos or Adipowers- not exactly sure- but they were definitely true O-shoes and not Inov8 or Reebok hybrids (I would NEVER confuse those- You 🙂 ? You def had been to open gym before- totally in the zone with a short and heavy AMRAP written up on the chalkboard- and hitting it hard. SO good at doubleunders and you for sure know how to overhead squat 😉 You might remember helping me figure out which was a 15 and 20kg bar- feel to silly that after 2 years I still can’t tell the difference between 25 and 28mm. Anyway… I’ll be there wearing my PLAY shirt tomorrow- and doing a chest to bar WOD. We can go work/rest if you’re interested. 3, 2, 1 go.
