Friday WOD classes at 7, 9, 10am and again at 3 and 5pm
Every Minute on the Minute for 8 minutes of:
3 weighted strict pull ups
Turkish get up, 1 rep R, 1 rep L hand (AHAP)
These are volume sets so post load for each movement to chalkboard
Ex: Mike-20kg KB/50#DB all sets
-then-
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
4 back burpee pull ups
4 front squats (70/50kg)- taken from ground
Post number of rounds and remaining reps and load to chalkboard/journals
