Tuesday 150915 Back Squats and Short Cindy

A week from Saturday- on September 26th we are having  a special event to bid farewell to Julia as she gets ready to take off on her next adventure. We will begin the morning with an 8:45am Yoga Class, move on to a 10am WOD, and then right into a BBQ in the yard (from about 11:30am til 1pm or so). We will be providing some appetizers and side dishes- and you can bring your favorite “CFM BBQ in the Yard” side dish. We will have fun, eat, toast to Julia and celebrate the 6th Anniversary of CFM. Once again. Save the date- and bring friends and family!

This Saturday the 19th:
8:45am Whole Life Challenge Prelim WOD (or a make-up WOD of your choice)
10am partner training WOD

Tuesday 6, 7, 9am, 4, 6pm WODs
FUNdamentals 8am, Noon Open Training hour, Gymnastics Class 5pm

Back squat, 3 reps
15 minutes to work up to a heavy 3 rep set
Post load to chalkboard
-then-
12 minutes of Cindy
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Post number of rounds and remaining rep to chalkboard/journals
