Today we combine two WODs that were programmed over the past 2 weeks. Remember the deadlift/toes to bar WOD? And the 4 rounds for time of 400m run and air squat? Well, today is deadlift and running- at the same Rx weights as the toes to bar WOD… so you have the same amount to lift up (AND put back down) but with 15 more total reps. You likely remember how after 50 air squats it was a little tough to find your stride on the 400m run… let’s see how you find that pacing after some moderately heavy deadlifts. You have to know that this points to a toes-to-bar and air squat WOD in the near future. Don’t say you didn’t see it coming.
