We have done the Hero WOD- “DT” plenty of times. Most recently this grueling 5 round test was featured as the pre/post WOD for our Hero Strength Month in June… which is why it was programmed twice in the same month (see Compare To dates below). It was also one of the evening events in the CrossFit Games… it was HEAVIER than usual! Today we turn it into 10 rounds… retaining the same general amount of reps for deadlift and jerks… with just a handful more hang power cleans- have fun!

Deadlift, 6 reps
Hang power clean, 5 reps
Push jerk, 3 reps (70/50kg for all movements- one barbell)
Post time and load to chalkboard and journal

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
