Monday was the Bear Complex- a barbell strength/endurance 5 rounder, not for time. Exactly two weeks ago was the dumbbell strength complex, also not for time. Today we essentially mash those two WODs together… and we put it against the clock. This was run for time back in July of 2014… perhaps you experienced it? Many of you have done it NFT (not for time)… try it out as fast as you can, but retain the heavy weight! It will be finished up with some “Yard Work” after a short rest period. Have fun! And remember… if you can’t get in during the morning or evening classes- you can always come in and try it out at noon.

5 DB hang power cleans
5 DB front squats
5 push press (jerk ok)
